Top of Osaka Symposium

International workshop of Organic Geochemistry "Biomarkers and Molecular Isotopes" will be held at Minoo Kanko Hotel in Osaka, Japan, during July 4 and 5, 2016. This is also a post-workshop of Goldschmidt 2016 (June 26-Jul 1,Yokohama). The workshop covers a diverse topics of organic geochemistry and biogeochemistry in Earth and Planetary systems by application of the cutting-edge molecular and isotopic analytical techniques. It will be the first time for the Japanese Organic Geochemistry community to organize an international workshop, and thus the creation of a new, global interactions between scientists beyond the local community will be
expected.
Minoo Kanko Hotel is located next to the Meiji Forest Mino quasi-national park that has a forested valley and water fall in a old town. The area is also a convenient location to access the downtown Osaka (e.g., Osaka castle) by train in 45 min and also Kyoto and Nara in 60-90 min.
